Joining REMS

If you would like to join REMS, please complete the

REMS Application Form (Word format) or REMS Application Form (PDF format)
and email or post it to me, address on the form.

The only condition of joining is that you are a member of the IoP.
Joining REMS costs nothing, no joining fee, no annual membership fee! You only pay for the visits that you go on.
